Being born when there was no such thing as a virtual assistant because computers were designed solely for the use of non-technical users and were, in general, far less capable in terms of memory functions and expandability.
The majority of their time was spent playing video games, but they were also frequently used for programming, word processing, and schoolwork.
At school, I had the opportunity to use a computer. DOS was a command-line operating system without graphical windows. The computer units started up, and a DOS prompt appeared. You needed to be aware of the instructions to enter at this prompt in order to execute applications, access built-in tools, and do other actions on your computer. It was a pretty difficult task that took a lot of time to complete.
Time passed by so quickly that I didn't realise how important computers were until later. In 2004, we made our first computer purchase. I was astounded by it because it was so simple to use. It has everything; it only requires one click.
My buddy called me two days ago to let me know she would be attending a session at KOM Academy. I also feel compelled to participate. My passion isn't particularly in networking or working online, but it is imperative to understand this topic.
To provide for my family, I ran a little business on my own. I have a page on Facebook, one of the most well-known social media sites. It would be foolish to hire a virtual assistant to run my page because it is only a little business.
I chose to continue my education so that I could manage the social media accounts for my company and learn how to work as a virtual assistant for future projects.
These are the main obstacles that could be helpful.
Challenge #1: Inaccuracy and lack of customization
We need to be able to have more effective dialogues with our customers if we want to stay in business. We need to improve our ability to explain and respond to their inquiries regarding our offerings. We are establishing a solid rapport with them in this way.
Challenge #2: Insufficient behavioral targeting
We can better comprehend the customer intent by using analytics and business rules. We also need to examine how our customers feel about and respond to our items.
Challenge #3: Incorrect and unproven design decisions
As we can see, the market in our locations has a wide variety of designs. Every style is based on the goal of the business that we are in. As we work on our own businesses, we must consider how we might please our clients.
The benefit of running your own company is that you can anticipate potential issues and hunt for the best solutions.
The training has given me a lot of advantages, for which I am extremely grateful. I will definitely put what I have learnt during the course to good use.
